Took a load of books to the charity shop. Two huge panniers full of books does strange things to the handling of an old mixte frame. It must be made from recycled bungee cords!

I know one is supposed to be all keep on keeping on and don't let the barstewards win but after Orlando and today's shooting, plus everything else going on, and I despair, I really do.

Keeping on and even in some tiny way celebrating the lives, lifestyles and contributions to society those people and why they died made is what we must do though to counteract the killers intent and opportunist bigotry and bullshit of Trump over Orlando and Griffin over Jo Cox.

Their brand of hate over hope can never be allowed to prevail.
