Unlike @Hill Wimp , the North Kent coast had had a week of rain. Today is sunny. I have spent the morning at the allotment, and returned home with a plethora of Broad Beans, Asparagus ,Spinach, a Leek and Kohlrabi.
There us now much freezing, podding, blanching and swearing!!

Don't despair, Jo. We don't hear so much about all the wonderful things that are happening, but they are there all the same.

Yep there are many many more great things going on all over the world than awful ones.

I know one is supposed to be all keep on keeping on and don't let the barstewards win but after Orlando and today's shooting, plus everything else going on, and I despair, I really do.

there are some awful things happening around the world but also some amazing things but they go unreported. You cannot worry about things you have no control over. Focus on the good things, .flowers, bird song, friends who care about you.

Yep, Coventry Bus Station. The new one in Leicester is very smart with clean loos, a shop and a Café.

I haven't been to Leicester for years, I've never found Coventry's new bus station to be much of an improvement on the old one, though the cafe's good.

Mine finished with the sentence "oh dear we haven't done any planks tonight" so I smiled with joy.... Only to be told in the next sentence... We had better do some now!

Who knows if I'll be able to move tomorrow!
