My pilates teacher was not nice tonight.

Mine finished with the sentence "oh dear we haven't done any planks tonight" so I smiled with joy.... Only to be told in the next sentence... We had better do some now!

Who knows if I'll be able to move tomorrow!

We did several and lots of squats on tip toe.

It's really not nice.

We had one of those ladies exercise places near us for a while.
It is now a pot dispensary

Zumba seems to have taken the area by storm.

Wedding anniversary today, 2 hrs til get up time, Spose Mrs will want tea. On the bright side celebrating the event by going away for a weekend of archery, providing the entertainment on sat eve, and maybe the odd beer or ten, all of this on my own! What a fine wife I have

It's really not nice.

We had to do squats with one foot on a ball ... Given how tired my legs were this week they weren't as bad as I was expecting... Maybe we did fewer of them than normal. She has made us do those tiptoe squats before!)
