yes. When Lancaster lost power for three days after the great flood, there were huge queues at the few that remain in town because they were pretty much the only phones in operation... how's that for mundane news!

Kitten, cat news. Gwen wanted to give the kitten a wash earlier but got hissed at. They do seem to be coming round to one another as they want to sleep close to each other and are at present sleeping 2 ft apart.
