I did! Well via Twitter, and Mr nice policeman (I chat to the one i reported it to on occasion), said to report it properly as well, so I need to do that.
However the act of me stopping to take a photo made him stop and get out to try and remove the dogs before I took the photo, so I guess I stopped him for today at least!
