I haven't been for years. The last guy butchered me and I have had niggling pain ever since so I stay well away, never had any trouble till he got his hands on me
I have a history of long absences from the dentist. And I refuse to do 6 monthly checkups. I insist on the old yearly one as it means I'm more likely to go.

I can send you the details of my dentist - he's fab. He's based in London but he's so good I will travel - and he's based a short walk from Kings Cross station. And he takes NHS patients...

Bit too far for me.

A colleague of ours has an autistic son and when goes to the dentist his dad has to hold him down poor lamb, can't be easy for either of them

Sounds like some inherent quality issues, there.
Actually I think the mistake he made was to actually ride it so exposing the mechanical parts to wear. Schoolboy error and not something Potsy or I would ever do.

Yep, our dress code is casual. Jeans are fine as long as they have no holes, and we can wear tailored shorts or 3/4's in the summer. If we have clients or someone important coming in we get warned and all wear smart clothes. This is the joy of being out of London, people don't visit us so we may as well be comfy.

I am changing jobs next month, Thursday is my last day as a community nurse but it is also my last day in uniform. The dress code for the new job is casual and they recommend we wear jeans, it's going to be strange wearing jeans to work but I am looking forward to it.
