im having corned beef and salad sarnies..ive not had corn beef for i dont know how long..
just fancied it...fantastic, like corn flakes when you just fancy them..

It aint a tour without CAIK....

I am pretty sure that the main objective of last year's tour was to sample plenty of cake and beer just to ensure it was as good as claimed.
We were however very disappointed in the lack of cake establishments in The Netherlands and very surprised given the number of cyclists. Therefore we had to make do with beer. So by the time we hit Belgium we were well into our stride
