Just for a change I've been out for a ride on my Brompton. 27 windy miles.
'Tis a bit breezy, isn't it? That'll get the laundry dry in no time. Unless it rains, of course. I think I'm almost ready to face a trip out of the flat to empty the recycling so that there's enough room to put the recycling that won't fit in the bag in the bag.

Though perhaps I might consider taking it all out now.

I spoke to the insurers on Wednesday and the driver of the car I made contact with was claiming that she had stopped and I hit her with such force as to shove her into the car in front. She also now apparently has whiplash.

My insurers have spoken to the driver she hit. He is saying that she hit him twice - the first time really hard and the second time (when I made contact with her) was relatively gentle. So it looks as though she's going to be liable for the larger share of the damage. I'm sure the insurers will also be looking closely at her whiplash claim...

My car's gone into the garage. It's likely to be a couple of weeks before I get it back. I've been given a courtesy car, which is horrible. It's a little underpowered, cramped, uncomfortable Ford Fiesta.

Lying isn't going to help her at all. Obviously trying to cover her back so to speak

We've done the shopping this morning, I've put some fuel in the the car and done the tyre pressures, I've also had a very nice pork and stuffing batch in Live Laugh and Love Food on Beake Avenue.

You can have a lot of fun in a fiesta.
