[Gravity Aided]

I may do some canal cycling as well next year, looking to do some of the Illinois-Michigan Canal, maybe the Hennepin as well. If I did it all at one go, I could travel across the whole state. (Which is about the size of England).((57,915 sq. mi. to England,50,345))

Triple headder and freight wagons! If there had been some squeally flanges, my day would be complete.

The sound of the horn reminded me of my clarinet and the clattery bits of me dropping my glasses.

I don't mind prawns, even prawn salad but the thought of a sandwich knocked up on an industrial estate by someone on minimum wage (if they're lucky) which is then transported in a lorry to a petrol station where proper refrigeration may (or may not) have been maintained for several days fills me with dread.

EDIT - This isn't just food poisoning, this is M&S food poisoning.

Just back from my usual Thursday morning loop, 54 miles calling in at Hatton Locks to meet up with some friends, windy cool and hard work but fun.
