I have got an Optolyth 20_60x80 spotting scope which I would like to try using. All I have managed to get so far is a tiny close up picture in the centre surrounded by a large black halo.

After the telescope mount I use a 2x converter. It probably improves quality as, if I recall correctly, telescope lenses are not made to the same standards as camera lenses. I've also got an old Russian 300mm mirror lens which is probably better quality.

Idiot Dog and I have just come back from what was a pleasant walk until my body decided it required a break and sat down by the side of the road. Not sure who was more surprised - me or the dog. Home now, with no plans to sit anywhere other than on the sofa.

I hate buying bras! On Monday I bought 2 from M&S, both are exact same size that I always wear, different style but the same size. Tried them on and they are too small. Took them back today and asked about their measuring service, it is by appointment only-fine but I can't be bothered- so I tried on some bigger sizes but non looked right or fitted well. Why is it so difficult and why do we have so much choice, so confusing

Because we're all different and really we need tailored bras instead of buying off the shelf. I'm seriously thinking about saving up for breast reduction surgery.
