I was going to get up early for a ride before work but the bed clung onto me so tightly, that I couldn't move. Trouble is, we're going away on Friday and it's going to be tricky to fit the miles in. I'll try again on Thursday!

I have such a busy couple of days coming up, Hall meeting tonight then visiting parents, chipshop walk with Guides tomorrow then taking daughter to airport for a Ranger trip to Switzerland, then buying all the stuff for the Jamboree! Busy busy busy!

It's not the kind of day when you pedal hard. There's a balancing point between using the least effort and gaining the maximum breeze. This morning that meant about 9mph.
