Morning! I don't know what the fuggery buck was going on last night but it sounded like the road was being dug up in the village at 3am.

I sweltered in the day time yesterday and had a BBQ for someone who was in Bristol this week, but the temperatures fell and eventually we had to head indoors, but it was nice to be cooler inside the house at bedtime.

I had a lovely walk with the Guides from the top of Coombe Hill to Wendover chip shop, then deposited daughter in Marlow as she is off to Switzerland this morning. Now, after work, the house tidying starts!!

Dropped the car off for its annual service and MOT, I fear it might be an expensive day Still I had a nice 14 mile ride back in rush hour traffic from the garage, and I've got the same later this afternoon when I go to pick it up with a bit of gardening in between, that'll do me for today I think!
