Several thousand volts will make most people do that. (well for a short while anywayTVC was doing an exotic dance in there?
)And we were testing prototype 3 of my thing. On this occasion it withstood 280,000 volts for 10 minutes which is the customer acceptance test.
IT WORKS!!!!!!

From the sound of it yes it was, it was crackling
no wonder everyone was moved away. It was in a wire cage to stop anyone getting too close but folks were still moved away.
