Just back from Tesco. And the vets. Went to pick up some flea stuff for the cats. Some poor couple came in with a badly injured dog. Chap was in tears in the car park as all the vets rushed out to his car
Made my eyes water a little too.

As a result of a dodgy front door lock I first couldn't get in but luckily my nextdoor neighbour appears to have the clandestine skill of making locked doors open. However, now I can't shut the door without locking myself in. There's a locksmith on his way.

Ooh, and he's arrived. 45 minutes wait is pretty good.

He's been and gone. Apparently I had a screw loose.

I'm just back from an enjoyable 50 miler, bright breezy and cool on the way out, the rain set in just after I got to the cafe so I waited a bit before I set of home and only had a couple of minor showers to deal with on my way back.

I've had a bag of 15 Stylecraft yarns delivered today. Nice, but I don't remember ordering any and can't see any emails referencing it. I do vaguely recall looking at some mixed bags that various places do, but convinced I didn't order any, not even in a drunken 'oh what the hell' moment. It's also not a mixture of colours I would have gone for
#confusedandworriedImightbegoingsenile.

Makes you feel really insignificant in the greater scheme of things, doesn't it?
