I'm afraid no company these days that has a call centre is really interested in their customers. All call centres are for is isolating the complaints from the running of the company.

I thought about mentioning a few complaints when they say that " This conversation is being recorded and may be used for training purposes".
I thought perhaps a few other people may get to hear about the poor service.

Not here. I had the skylight, backdoor and all the windows open - the early morning chill was refreshing.

Ditto. Can't think why, but the tub of Häagen-Dazs in my freezer kept calling out to me last night. There is no longer a tub of Häagen-Dazs in my freezer.
