Which zoo? Cotswold Wildlife Park?
Urgh.
Cheers I will.Yes, an S bag will fit......just make sure it comes with the bag frame (Evans also sell the bag minus the frame). I've got a C bag and an O one for mine.
Edit: have a look here http://www.londoncyclist.co.uk/brompton-bags-full-range-review/
Not without a fightYou might find it worth trying H bars - they sit higher than the P bars.
If you do feel like giving up, I know a 6' man who'll take him off your hands....![]()
I think you are right. There is a Brompton dealer in Folkestone and I did my test ride there albeit on an M as that is all they had in. I was quite impressed with the bloke there so I may take it to him later this week and see what he says. I presume if I need to change the handle bars, which I hope I don't, it's a relatively easy swap.@Hill Wimp
Reg is right about the height of the H bars, although there might be a set-up thing. I have long legs and need the telescopic seat post, which gives me two more inches on the standard post - and the bars are right for me. My inside leg is 34" and I normally take a 23.5 inch (or 58mm) frame. I wonder if something else is going on. Mrs. R has the S bar version and she is about your height.
It might be worth visiting another Brompton shop (other than Evans) for a second opinion. I got mine from Crompton Cycles. The guy in there is really helpful:

Oh well that will be a pain but if it sorts the issue out I will be pleased. It's a bit more complicated than a straight swap - the cabling system may need changing, plus the handlebar stem (and if you want the H system, the fork as well). I'm sure it can be done, though.
Yep, we went a few weeks back. I could spend all day just watching the Rhinos. The nearby Crocodile World is worth dropping in to if you have a couple of hours to kill.Yes, it's FAB there.
I'm sure the dude in Folkestone will help. If not, send me a DM, and I'll give you the gen on Compton etc etc..... And let's arrange to meet, so you can have a ride on The Prof's S model.
