I used to do 7 day and night shifts but then I changed roles in 1991 and I just got 1 shift, 24hrs and we may let you rest for 8hrs somewhere in that time

Gotta love shift work, never done 9-5 in my life, no wonder I can't sleep.

Dives complete, two 55min pootles down to 18 mtrs. Lovely soft coral gardens, sea cucumbers, sea gherkins, starfish, things with claws and of course fish - loads of fish. The second reef is only about 800 yards from our room, most convenient. Diving again Friday, but now lunch and the bar I think.

Do you not take a waterproof camera down with you? It sounds beautiful! I've never tried diving!

@meta lon Not to bad thank you, not as bad as I was expecting. Its a bright and sunny morning in Coventry, ideal for a bike ride but I'll have to pass on the ride this time, I need to let things settle down before I ride, my hand is still swollen from Sunday's insect bite/sting

That's annoying but at least it's all happened at once. Definitely a day to settle in the garden with a cold drink and a long book.
