Rubbish morning so went to Hestercombe with a friend for lunch. Never seen it so busy and had to wait for ages but it was worth it.

My son decided to take up his decking, I felt guilty not helping. Should have stayed feeling guilty.

Mind, I did show him how to use a saw and a pick axe.

I've never been proficient at making soda bread or wheaten farls, but I did bring back a couple of bags of flour with me, so I guess I should have another attempt! We've eaten all the bread we brought back with us.

My legs ache after my mountain climbing earlier.

I have some aches after tonight's yoga, but we were only doing small stretches, bends and twists, though we finished on balance's, and I'm still rubbish at those.
