We make 'em 'ard up 'ere in Yorkshire.Yesterday afternoon during a cleaning session the boiler packed in.Last night's washing up was done with water from the kettle.This morning was like going back to the 1950's.A wash in cold water at the sink,all lathered up in shower gel (ok none of that stuff then).Then into a very cold shower (no didn't have one of those then either.).Brr it was bracing.Anyhow the chap is here now and i am sure all will be back to normal later.If not we are eating out tonight,according to Mrs Postman,sounds like a good idea to me.

Rode to work for the first time in 2 weeks and loved how quiet the roads are.

There is a chance, a small one admittedly, that I will be getting my bike out tomorrow for a pootle down the canal.
I think 7 weeks without riding is long enough, though I may need the stabilizers putting back on.

Tiger, not really a local beer on account of it being a mostly muslim country. The cocktails are very good though, Lu is now composed of almost 90% Mojito.


Sunset cruise around the islands in a couple of hours then a seafood supper, ho hum.

Last night's meal was delicious if not immense. I decided to finish with fruit, what the menu didn't say was that it served 2! I could not eat it all and it is just pure coincidence that some of the fruit fell off my plate and landed a short distance from the wild piggy who came wandering over
