One of the dogs I used to meet up with on a walk with my GSD was another Shepard called Max who always ran around with 2 rubber balls in his mouth, his owner said that "He'll growl if you try to take em off him" so I replied to Margaret, "Well he's already lost the ones he was born with so he's definitely hanging onto those".
