Well I've got lots of osteoporosis and its not pretty!

Me too! Dangerous really as I keep thinking, 'Oh, I can do whatever I like today....' But if I did that I'd be very very oversized and possibly comotose after 6pm.

It's a bit of a convoluted trip for reasons to long winded to write about this early in the morning but later today with bikes in the car we are heading to Stanstead airport and parking the car, train to London and staying the night, then spending tomorrow sight seeing then catching the Caledonian sleeper train to Glasgow (1st class) for a day in Glasgow, then flying to Stanstead to collect the car and drive to Harwich for the ferry to Holland, a few days there cycling about a bit and then to Luxembourg for a couple of days cycling then back home.

This is making me feel exhausted. I obviously have the wrong idea about holidays...
