bit late, but morning all. cloudy here which is a shame because I was looking forward to a shower and stepping out of the shower into a warm room. Now I'll have to step out of the shower into a cold room because the sun has not warmed the laundry up yet!

I moved south to live with OH, and regretted having to leave NW England. But hearing all these complaints of horrible summers when I think both this summer and the last were pretty good, I'm thinking that trading in hills and moors for better waether was quite a good deal after all.

Wife has to go in for surgery in 2 weeks for DCIS which requires the milk duct removing..
none invasive cancer We hope..but it should be a trouble free opp with no problems.
she worries more about anesthetic..being very sick..

Morning. The day started off as a horrible grey colour but now the sea has turned blue and the sky is starting to as well, the rocks are taking on a pink glow so hopefully we should have a nice day.

Yep. It's a bit boring and flat but Kent is a hell of a lot warmer and drier than NE Lancashire ever was!!!!

Muggy and warm here..dropping the wife off for pre op tests..2,3 hrs at PH..
she can sit and wait all day with a book..i start to go stir crazy after an hr lol...

Just waiting for a Seadog of this parish to arrive on the beach then we are off for a poodle around the lanes.

It is rather warm and sunny and the only way to stop "glowing" is to keep pedalling to get a breeze.
