No need to water here as we had a good downpour last night.

Sitting in lovely warm sunshine drinking a cup of ceylon.

Sunny here too, but 54 so not sitting outside. And mine is gunpowder.

Thank you for your watering the plants reminders. I suppose we really haven't had enough rain recently and I should get out the watering can. I was planting tulip bulbs yesterday so they got watered. The ground was just about soft enough to make the holes with the hole making gadget thingy.

Gorgeous morning here on the beach.

More chickens to produce and more scarves to Crochet today.

The crafty production line between Kent and Norfolk is in full swing.

Cycle ride first and then back to making stuff.

I must admit I didn't have the most restful of nights, I gave up at 4:30... and caught up on yesterday's CC! I hope a cup of coffee will sort your sleepy head and wake you up for a better day (followed by a good night's rest!)

I've sinned already.... making brownies... and live licked the bowl clean.... does that count as chocolate or cake? Either way today is my day of sinand since I'm being bad I may as well be properly bad

Does it count as a days sin if it is still dark outside.

Phew. Washing done and outside drying. Patio plants all watered (and very grateful they are too ), slow cooker full to the brim (and more) and doing its thing with lamb and veggies, and I've emptied the kitchen compost caddy. Just got to finish my breakfast, brush my teeth etc, do the washing up, and water the house plants before my friend gets here in half an hour. Next time I'll find out what time she wants to leave before agreeing to one of her "do you want to..." plans.

And after all that, she's text to say she's been held up. Oh well, time for another cuppa. I might even hoover. Maybe.

What I don't understand is how Gravel can party, get to bed at 4am and still be up at 7.00 bright as a button the next day.

My insomnia has helped me since getting up at 8am Friday and not going to bed again until 6 hours ago. Buzzcocks and different offspring needing middle of the night taxi services keeping me from my slumbers.

Now awake again, full of crumpets and coffee and about to head out to the Stockport vintage fair in the Market Hall there.

I will crash and burn sometime soon for my sleeplessness but for now I am podding on like the duracell bunny
