Desktop was making very strange noises so took off side panel and removed dust. Now have to empty vacuum cleaner. There also seems to be a certain haze in the air. Fans have now settled down to a melodic hum but the video card fan was not sounding healthy.

I've just had an injection in my elbow

I hope in the long run it helps with the pain.... I've had one or two in the past in a thumb joint and it was very painful for what didn't seem much gain!! (Though I was never convinced they did it correctly).

I had a steroid injection in my shoulder joint about 25 years ago. It carried on hurting for a week and then it stopped and has never hurt since.
I'm hoping my elbow is kind enough to do the same!

Hopefully it will.... I have an aching elbow myself.... all very very low level pain (broke it about 7 years ago), and I suspect in the long run the aches will get worse.... so it's would be good to know that there is a chance that there may be an option to improve it in years to come!! I'd love to hear you post a positive outcome in a week or two's time

I have been outside invalidating my friends car, it was full of scratches as though he had been cleaning it with a rake. Quite a bit of wet flatting and electric polishing and it is looking a lot better. I'm going to have a rest now.
