Good morning from an overcast Suffolk where there's been more rain this morning and the grey cloud cover has remained. Doesn't look like the non-recycling waste bin has been emptied yet either.

Coffee has been had and I've just ordered another year's supply of Vitamin D tablets as what's left in the current bottle appears to be only enough to last me until the end of the month. Today's activity will be a bit of food shopping for the next few days.

Shopping done and a quick sarnie and mug of coffee had for lunch. Bins still not been emptied round here so I wonder if there's been a change of route.

Warm, windy and dry means I can go out for a shortish ride.
