Can anyone help me?

There's a trailer currently running on the beeb (well, BBC1 certainly) for the new season of drama. Does anyone know what the song is that plays over it? Male vocal, starts off quite quiet, and then punches in with a crescendo. Quite a 'rough' voice. I can't remember any of the words...

I think it is a band called Mumford & Sons, but can't remember what song it is! It may not even be the Beeb advert but it seems to fit you're criteria.

Hope this helps! The band are really really good btw!

Just bought the CD!

Sounds like good stuff. Good riding music some of it, which is what I tend to use my MP3 for...

I'm really very out of touch with music, don't listen to a lot, but everyso often I hear something that just grabs me...

The Album 'Sigh no more' which features the famous songs 'little lion man' 'the cave' and also 'sign no more' surprisingly only came out last year and they are quite an understated band. Despite this I find them to be excellent, and I agree with arch in thatthe music can be used for riding/relxing/raving etc etc. I also find the album amazing in that almost everyone loves it; for example, I'm 15 and I love it, my mom is over three times my age and she likes it, my friends at school like it even though we all have different muci tastes, and you guys on here like it. A very popluar album that is well worth a purchase, it is quality!

Slightly OT but as all you music spotters are on here - there is a song I occasionnally hear on the TV, and someone linked to on here, which I am trying to find. The lyric is just one line which goes something like

"You will look around and I will be gone" or it could be "You will look for me, and I'll be gone".

It is fairly distinctive because it is only that one line, with a solo female vocalist. Some of the younger people on here might recognise it. The first time I heard it, on here I think, I thought what a silly song, but it has sort of improved after I have heard it the third time.

Anyone have any idea which song I mean?

I can see (hear?) from the bits I've heard, that it could have a big range of appeal. I look forward to getting it and listening properly!

Also, I feel quite trendy! I don't buy much music, this is the most up to date thing I've bought for ages!
