apparently somebody in our locale with a scouse accent has been a little bit vocal tonight about fireworks landing in their garden. i have a scouse accent even though I is welsh.
that fits my description so i had a knock on the door from the police, based on intelligence received. it wasn't me tho i did hear some shouting .
last year the fireworks from a house just up the road landed on my house and i had to put a fire out. this year i checked my house when they went off and was lucky that nothing happened. looks like somebody else had some bad luck. i do need to find who the other scouse accent guy is tho. maybe he is an evertonian.
i do hope the police checked the suitability of the fireworks at the house that complained. because i am sure they are NOT suitable for a built up area.
what made me feel old was how young the police officer looked.
