Slept in this morning and didnt have time to jump on the bike so had to drive into work, only live 5 miles away from work so on my 1hr lunch i decided i wanted to drive home, get my cycling stuff on and cycle back to work so i can cycle home again I wasnt wanting to miss out on the glorious weather we are having at the moment

If I got up late and it was a choice of going in the car or cycling in my pants, I think I would cycle in my pants. Especially with this weather

Double whamy for me , lovely weather and shiny new bike to try out but stayed indoors as I'm off sick, coughing up green phlegm hopefully back to work tomorrow.

Im on a course this week, which involves me having to take a lot of kit with me (impossible on the bike). But I managed to get it all dropped off in the car and stored away, which leaves me free to enjoy the sunshine while it lasts. Hopefully I can improve some strava racing results too!

I'm on a course this week, and the commute is twice as far as usual (which is only 4 miles), so in having a great time!

I know where it came from, my daughter at pre-school is always bringing home new bugs and she is very good at passing it to the other members of the house.
