For every 11 year old.

It should be part of the school cirriculum for the first couple of weeks of September every year for the new intake.

This then needs to be followed in the spring after the clocks have gone forward for a refresher courrse for evey year until they leave school

Err have you thought out the maths of that... I think there are about 3000 kids in Bristol in a school year. Trying to get them all trained in a month (or was that in 2 weeks:biggrin:).

My school, when I was a child, did cycle training but it was an opt in thing rather than compulsory but then back then wasn't it also more common for a child to belong to a youth organisation like the guides or scouts?
