I do feel sorry for the poor wee doggie though.

I saw a thing on Facebook about how it was a halloween costume that had been bought/created for the dog without anyone knowing. The dog was there wearing it when other unsuspecting people got home, so they saw this thing run up to them and reacted as such, totally confusing the poor dog who only wanted to say 'hi!'.
