Anybody else got a kill streak of more then 25 yet and nuked the entire map killing everyone?

Dont know much about online gaming, but my teenage son queued for his copy at midnight and tells me he got a kill streak of 28 within a few hours.

Not sure if its been 1,2 or 3 days since I bought the game.... its fantastic!! Agree with SA in that the airport stage is a bit rough, but I guess thats why its an 18 and they give you all those warnings and opportunities to skip certain levels.

The online game is much more open and much harder to get big kill streaks but its head and shoulders better than COD4 or 5.

Now, couple of games before the school run and a day of anticipation to come back home and play more!

I've got to wait because the missus wants the daughter to be able to give me MW2 as a pressy for my birthday in a few weeks time.

It's going to be a long wait, so the more people can feed me snippets of how good it is, the better!!

Didn't take long for the PS3 servers to pack up online.
Sony always seem to have problems. I remember the Playstation Network was down for ages when it was released

Ordered it yesterday, along with a b/th headset for my PS3 (so I can shout at the CC gaming crew on Burnout ... ).

Funnily enough though MW2 for PC was being slated on the reviews at Play.com and Amazon. I wonder if that's just down to the sheer volume of people playing it all at once?

Personally though, I don't care. I've enjoyed most all of the COD series, and still play COD2 on occasion, so I don't think I'll be disappointed with MW2.

You get a 48 hour pass with the game for xbox live. Just mute anyone that annoys you.

The multiplayer to this game is simply awesome, I'm so glad that IW didn't change the multi-player as Epic did when they bought out Gears 2. Am currently doing the special ops missions with a mate. Have not touched the single player yet...
