If someone sets fire to a police station or council offices I doubt that would be classed as low level anti social!
I'll try and see. I'll use it as my defenceIf someone sets fire to a police station or council offices I doubt that would be classed as low level anti social!
Use it as an example, not a line of defence. They may just "bite" at this & say are you planning on doing so.I'll try and see. I'll use it as my defence
i cant tell you how many times we've had cops out. No joy today, banging my head on a brick wall. May haveIf you think the house is used as a drug den report it to the police . If its not reported they cant do anything about it .
last time i did this she just sent it to same people I'd already been speaking to.To anyone experiencing "antisocial" problems, make sure you report it to your local councillor and not just the relevant council department. S/he may not be able to fix it but will probably know the best desk on which to land the complaints - and how to circumnavigate the defences.
Enjoy the sleepi cant tell you how many times we've had cops out. No joy today, banging my head on a brick wall. May have
more to tell you tomorrow, the other private owner in the block met me today and we're giving council housing director a chance to meet us tomorrow and if he refuses we are going to press and solicitor together . A council worker told me today he bypassed his meter weeks ago so they had perfect opportunity to prosecute and then evict but they didn't. another bullet to fire. He also knows they found cocaine in there. May have more to report tomorrow but knackered now so going to bed
thanks for today. Maybe have more to report tomorrow.Any word from the council?
You shouldn't have to put up with it though.thanks for today. Maybe have more to report tomorrow.
been there, done that, they contacted the same dept i had been dealing with. This has been going on for years, all these things we've already done numerous times.+1 for involving your MP. I had problems with HMRC last year, phoned them, wrote to them, they did nothing except fob me off with excuses, so i wrote to my MP explaining all the details, sent him copies of the letters i'd written to HMRC, within a month i had HMRC complaints dept contacting me!! Problem got sorted pretty quickly after that.
Send your MP as much info and evidence as you can, something positive should happen. MP's have an obligation to investigate and then act if necessary. Plus they are bound to know which trees to shake within your local council.
Good Luck
