No crack - it's a black reflective sticker.

Dunno how it's happened - suspect pothole as the rims slightly bent on the other side too ...argh..........

It will most likely be a pothole - I've done that in the past to alex rims. Then later I snapped a frame at the chain stays in 2008 from a pothole.

You can try to claim off the council if you know where you did it.

sympathies, did both my wheels at the same time on the same hole, had both wheels rebuilt and managed to ding one within a week, granted on a different hole, fortunately the LBS wallah managed to save the rim

they've fixed a lot of the holes and the extra light makes a big difference thankfully

Could have blown - not a good idea on a fixed..hence no DIY 'hammers' to fix it..... CXP33's aren't totally bomb proof..... flippin wheel is still 100% true, and it's never been tweaked in 3200 miles !

Back to Wills Wheels tomorrow ! Repeat, do not look round, go in with blinkers...... ;)

PS I'll order another Conti GP 4 season as well...only £35 each xx(

£29.71 at Wiggle with their current 'platinum' deals:;)

Got a Vectis card that get's me 15% off at Wills Wheels, but he's a mate, so should get a price something close... - TBH don't mind spending a bit more as I don't do the LBS route very often - I can't be ar$ed trying to build a wheel when his are fab, and don't need tweaking.....
