My cars broke

My cars just died. (Showing faults with the EPC and the power steering. )

It looks like from now on i'm commuting everyday on the bike.

I'm sure you're devastated without a car

When I got my car, I thought I'd drive when it's raining in the morning. Very quickly that changed I'll drive when it's raining all day. That changed to I'll drive when it's pissing it down. That finally became I won't drive at all -- well, except to go to the races.

I stuck the car in a private carpark this morning, just to get it off the road. They've only gone and clamped me!!

My car became very poorly today too.
The diesel fuel line is sucking in almost as much air as fuel from somewhere. Can't find the leak so it is booked in for repair on Friday. It just about runs but if it is left standing then the air collects together and it needs bleeding. Must be a bad day for cars.

My commute (by bike) was horrible.

Rain, it was more like a monsoon. All the roads had become rivers and the traffic had more or less just stopped.

I've had to spend the day in a cold office with wet clothes on because my panniers (lined with black bags) wern't waterproof enough to cope.

On the plus side I would of no-doubt been very late for work if I had driven in.

No, fortunately. It was reported in the Southend Evening Echo double page spread as the guy in a stolen Audi A3 had rolled a car and written off three others (including mine). I was at work oblivious to it all.
