Does it cost to download the software?
Do you have to pay a subscription?

I must say, it does look cool!

softwares free and there is no subscription, all you need is a gps device on your phone. The GPS on my phone is free as well. PS I`m a tight erse as well :?:

Well I've just put in a bid for a Nokia N82 on the Ebay...
Thankfully I got a little lost on today's ride and nearly ended up on a large dual carriageway. told the missus and she suggested I get a GPS mapping thinggy... muhaha. the green light to buy toys!!!!!

Oooh! I've just got a free upgrade to a nokia phone with GPS on. Will have to try this out. If it's not too personal a question where do you keep your phone when you are cycling? Does it have to be kept out somewhere or does it still work in a bag?

i've had this on my phone for the last year but as the GPS reciever on the n95 is a pile of tosh i never really used it...i could use the stand alone GPS but then theres the carrying and the charging etc etc...even the thought of it is making me feel tired LOL

out of interested, where do you keep the phone?

I use a messenger type bag which has a small pouch on the strap at the front seems to work most of the time so far ! However I have the gps reciever up top to get best signal ie it won`t work in your pocket or at the bottom of your bag.

Tried my new N95 on the way to work this morning, worked well in the front pocket of my bag - though slightly out on altitude and fastest/slowest points, still a nifty little gadget. Had been thinking about sending the phone back before this, think I'll keep it now though!
