Well after the new start yesterday getting out on the bike I thought it was a good idea to go another step and change the diet at the same time. Ive done this diet before when I used to lift weights many years back and its the quickest way to see results.

So its chicken, broccoli, eggs most days with any other meats and salads but not as a meal just when hungry eat a little any time of the day or night. I love that empty non bloated feeling in the belly but its been along time since I experienced it lol.

On bike days or any other exercise days Ill bulk up with carbs bread and jam, brown rice etc fill myself up to keep going.

This is a really fast way of losing the belly well it has been in the past anyway. Fingers crossed I can stick to it.
