C1s are great wee cars. Me, Mrs D and Daughter #3 have all had 107s, and loved them to bits.

Does anyone else remember the early Dacia imports (early -mid 80s?)
They looked like a Renault 12, or the Duster, in its previous incarnation
I knew a lad, whose dad had a small-holding, he had one, before getting a Potaro Pampas (I think it was)

No, a Logan ;-)
A Dacia 'Wolverine'???

Just driven from Deal to Oberhausen and back for a couple of days work and was more than happy with the overall fuel consumption!

Cheap to buy....cheap to run. :-)

I know what you mean, home - East Midland Airport, on a fairly hold-up free M1
'date-stamp' October 2014, hence the low mileage (on 112,000 now)

I ran a diesel Citroen C8 and a petrol C1.

It's cheap to buy aaaand, I get a small allowance plus the rest on pence per mile, and that's the winner for me. :-)
And it's not a duster.
What was the actual fuel consumption?

My gauge lies like a fibbing thing, so I distrust displays and always calculate mine.
I'm not that anal....yet :-)

Wow! What was that in?
I know I can get much more from the Dacia if i run slightly slower, say 65mph rather than 70 plus as on this run.

In the late 70's/early 80's

The link should open up pics of all the models from that era

You have hit the miles in it - you've had it 12-18 months ?? My folks have just got the Stepway top end model, and it was just over £10k with satnav and everything in it. Petrol engine that's in the Nissans and Renaults.. Bargains.
