Fantastic. As a matter of intesrest how long did it take overall?

According to Garmin 6:42 in the saddle, 15.6mph ave, 2856 elevation gain.

I did a 100 miles sportive a few years ago. Fell off around the 50 mile mark and hurt myself (bruised ribs/shoulder) and rode the rest of the way back, but had to walk up steep hills cos I couldn't hold onto the bike and power up using arms/shoulders due to pain...

Have done a few 85-90 mile days on a fully loaded tourer, so that's way more harder than doing 100 miles on a carbon fibre crotch rocket.....

On tour you get in a stride, had a couple of near centuries before that one for no other reason than it was just a great place to cycle.
