yeah, flippin hayfever... really bad this weekend for some reason and has stopped me going out on the bike.

must go to the docs to get some neoclaritin!

If the mouth itch starts up again I'll have some crisps... any excuse... but all i have in hula hoops... given that they;re round and I need spikey, I'll mash them up a bit first and try to eat them sideways... lol
