I've just had my first book published. "Llandudno Lads In Foreign Fields" is the story of the men listed on Llandudno War Memorial who died in the Great War. All profits will go to the Royal British Legion.

How have you found Lulu? There are a number of people on the Nano forum interested in self-publishing options, but I don't think any had tried Lulu.

No sorry only paperback.

I used Publish Nation to format my book and they recommended Lulu. I read various reviews of them and liked what I saw.

Ah. Just for future reference, you don't need to pay anything to self-publish. It's very easy to format the book yourself, and you can get a cover designed for as little as $50 to the standard they offer.

Update:Sales are steady, quite pleased really.. Lulu have been great, their delivery times are quick.
Thanks Trikeman, I did consider the total diy option but I wanted my first one to be as good as possible. I will however, give the diy option a try for my next book: Rhyl Lads In Foreign Fields.
