My new CAAD8

Hey guys...

After asking for opinions on here, digging around on the internet, and test riding a few bikes, I now have my new purchase... A Cannondale CAAD8 Tiagra. I paid £850 for it from On Your Bike in Birmingham, but I've paid with a cycle2work voucher, so it'll come in at more like £600.

As you can see, it's currently living in what will soon be my dining room!

So far I've done just over 50 miles on it in the first week of ownership, and cut my commute from 20mins to 16 mins... I was previously using a Specialized Hardrock Sport with skinny slick tyres, and its amazing how much faster the CAAD8 is!

It's a 56cm frame... and the fireplace isnt all that small, I think the camera angle has just made it look that way

Glad I test rode a few though, because I started on a 58 frame, which I think would have been huge... I'm 5'11...
