Well, my justification for scoffing something like that would be that at least I look like someone who could be burning all it off when I'm out on my bike.

I missed a chance on my last ride. Took a picture of the bike while stopped for an ice cream, but not the ice cream itself. Perhaps a mere Cornetto 🍦 barely qualifies, but I enjoyed it!

A walk along Lowestoft Sea-front was had. Along the Prom…..

Past a couple of Ice-cream vendors….

Further up the Coast. Watching various Sailors, Paddle Boarders, Surfers and Swimmers enjoy the sticky…..but grey day:

Before realising our utter stupidity. Having words with ourselves. And returning to do the right thing 🤣

Macy was also pleased we came to our senses 😁
