Picked this little number up today

A Claud Butler Strada from the 1990s

14 Speed Shimano 300EX groupset, Rigida wheels with Shimano RSX hubs. Lugged Double Butted Reynolds Cro-Mo tubeset.

Next few weekends putting new bar tape, tyres, tubes, maybe new cable inners and outers.

Bike pretty much stripped down and cleaned, just the headseat to do (need to buy another tool)

Going to leave the bottom bracket for now as I don't have the tools and there's no play in it anyway.

Off to buy some new bits tomorrow:

Cables, brake pads, saddle, bar tape, end plugs, inner tubes.

Tyres ordered (Schwalbe Durano)

A bit of T-Cut worked wonders on the frame.

All back together now.

Need to trim the brake cable ends and adjust SIS gears and ready to ride.
