My new Cube Cross Race which I picked up from Leisure Lakes in Wolverhampton yesterday.

Actually looking forward to going to work this afternoon so I can take it for a spin!

I think it is 46/36.

I have 46/36 on my road use TCX1 and it is great. The two ranges are quite close together which I like a lot.

I'm not a hard core biker and the fact that I spin out (46/11) in the high 20's is no bother to me.

Yeah, I wasn't saying it was a bad thing, just looked small.

It's a higher max than what I ride.

46/11 = 110 (gear inches)
50/12 = 109.6 (gear inches)

They're a funny thing gear ratios - not always what they seem at first!

Looks very nice, but I would try to get the light on the seatpost if possible. It would be higer up, and be a better angle for drivers to see.
