Thats lovely. Those hoops are Open Pro not Hope. On Hope hubs.

What frame is it and how much in total did it cost ? Thinking about doing something similar

They are sold as "Hope Hoops" - they just use Mavic Open Pro rims. They're supplied with the Mavic decals on the rim but they come with replacement Hope Hoop stickers if you want to use those: Hope Hoops

All in all, I think I must have spent around £700. I know building yourself from new parts will generally cost more that an identically spec-ed new bike - so I took a while looking for bargains as I really fancied building it myself.

Biggest bargains were there wheels. they RRP for £300 and I got them for £130 for the pair brand new. Got a good deal on new Centaur levers too - they're the 2010 Ultra Shift version.

The frame was from a Müsing On Road Lite. They're a German company you don't seem to get over here. The original would have been similar to this. Though the year may be different. The whole bike seems to go new for about €1300. I got the frame for £40. The original powder coat paint job was a bit scuffed up and a horrible dull blue, white and black colour scheme.

Very tidy - like white ! Understated and very smart.

Used to have a 653 white frame.... until a transit saw it off  - well scaffolding poles did after I was launched superman style.
