Finally got my new summer commuter set up. Changed tyres to marathon's and fitted a shorter stem. Was very impressed with myself for fitting the new tyres and getting the rear hub wheel on and off! Loving the Alfine Di2 gears. Will post better pics later.

Also need to experiment with the angle of the handlebars.

Yep - I think I got the last size 58! Looking forward to my first commute next week.

Looking good , how are you finding it? My Alfine 8 version is a very different ride to my other bikes.

Yeah I know - looks a bit stupid, but will use this bike to commute into London so like sitting up high. Will see how I get on this week.
