Finally after 6 long weeks waiting for the C2W scheme, my HR Dept (now no longer!) and xmas in the way, today it arrived. :hyper:

Really happy with it, build quality looks good, wheels run true and gears shift well.

Don't like the saddle but i will see how it goes, and the skinny seatpost does not like my saddlebag strap so a pair of scissors will cut the strap down.

Fitted the A600 pedals so all i need to do is keep an eye out on the lugano tyres (my last set gave me grief and ive never liked them since).

Love the simple black and white scheme (that matches my supersix :whistle:). Like the way the cables run and the quality of the paint / frame decals.

£1100 in most shops but i managed to get it on the cyclescheme so a massive saving for me

Nice...

Little tip for the rear disc brake cable. Where the cable enters the outer casing, add a dob of grease. Otherwise due to the way the cable inner is situated (upwards) water may get into the cable liner.

Great bike.If I could buy a new bike right now it would be the Synapse disc 105.

I considered it and sat on one in the LBS but it will have to wait for now.

I normally ride a 56 or 55 cm road bike but felt stretched on the Synapse 56 , havent tried a 54 but think it would be right for me. How did you find the sizing compared to other bikes?

PS I would get some frame tape or a rubber sleeve to stop the cables wearing away the paint where they rub on the head tube.

Nice bike

I wasn't keen on the saddles on my two Cannondale bikes and swapped them both out for Fizik.

Size wise I think cannondale come up big, so if you are normally a 56 then try a 54.

When I bought my synapse, the guy in the shop said that the synapses do come up a bit large and advised me to size down. I would usually ride a 56, but as he said the 54 was perfect.
