Last thing I'd be doing at 13 is getting him to bulk up, let him grow first and then bulk up when his body is able to cope. There's more to being a good 8 than bulk. Brains usually beats brawn.


Edit: Oh and if he does get into the England team I hope he gets thrashed every game.

I'm confused, what's going on, why is it snowing indoors in the first picture and is that CoG towing a broken chair in the 2nd. What sport do you need to tow broken chairs in or is it preparation for taking Sir Ranulph's place?
