Following this Somerset County Council (SCC) school bus this morning.

I wondered whether the number plate was a sheer coincidence, or, whether the Council was "carefully investing" our Council Taxes in personalised number plates.....

Assuming they bought on new purchasers get asked when reg they would like so maybe it was the original reg.
