Just a reminder that in the 1970s some Dutch urban planners still thought the car was the glorious future, along with blocks of flats with beautiful views of a roundabout. Its something the Soviet Union would have been proud of.
Edit: the internet tells me that this space was laid out in 1953/1954. Super modern! What a time to be alive!
